I was recommended to use Viotell by another company. Hayden has been the guy, great communication, stayed on top of project getting done. Just absolutely nothing negative to say. We were the recipients of a new roof thanks to Viotell’s worst roof contest; I guess we were the biggest losers! Not only did Viotell replace the roof, they tore off 4 layers from our 1940’s home, deleted a nonfunctional chimney and swamp cooler, and added deluxe features like vent ridge and metal valleys. We could not be happier with the service that we received from Hayden Adams and his crew! Hayden had us dialed in and job started within days of announcing us as the contest winner, and the new roof was finished in 2 days. Viotell Roofing is no joke, these guys take care of you even when you’ve won a promotional roof replacement; seriously no corners cut or expense spared. We love our new metal roof!! Hayden was awesome to work with from the moment I was put in touch with him! I felt he cared about our best interests, our property, and even educated me along the way without putting any pressure for the sake of a “sale”. We chose to go with a metal roof and I’m so glad we did. Jorge and his crew were so positive, respectful and had kind smiles when my kids or I were in their work/break space. We had a roof put on a home in Idaho several years ago and I couldn’t have said the same about that crew at all. Plus, Jorge and his guys thoroughly cleaned up after the project was done! On the second-to-last day, I noticed a stretch of concrete on the side of our house that badly needed to be blown off (dirt and fine debris sprinkled all over it), so I made a mental note to do that after they were done, thinking it wouldn’t be noticed being in the back corner. Viotell Roofing Solutions were at the Farmington home show offering free roof checks with no obligations. Hayden Adams came out and did the inspection. He stated roof was in good condition also showed pictures of the roof. He did mention that the roof was overheating due to only having 1 air flow vent. He suggested to add 5 more air vent. He gave us a great price quote and had the work done quickly and efficiently. Hayden also inspected the work after completion. Hayden Adams gave us excellent service before and after the work was done. Thank you Hayden for your help and for being your self. We really enjoyed your company. Recently had Hayden and his team out to deal with a roof leak. They were able to come up the follow day and repair the issue. Hayden communicated the issue and repairs needed.
